Step 1: Choose your Cap Models
Every closure tells a brand story. Choose flat, domed, beveled, faceted, or knurled-edge wood head cork closures from our library—or provide drawings
for a bespoke spirits closure. We support custom mold wooden head shapes for a unique silhouette wooden bottle cap.
Step 2: Personalize the Wooden Head
Select oak wood bottle stopper, beechwood bar-top stopper, maple wooden closure, walnut wood bottle top, ash wood stopper, or bamboo bottle stopper. Finishes include natural oil finish wood cap, matte varnish wooden closure, glossy varnish wooden cap, charcoal stained wooden cap, or natural grain wood cap. Add branding via laser etched wooden top, hot foil stamped wooden stopper, embossed/debossed logo wooden cap, screen printed wooden top, or CNC machined wood cap.
Step 3: Select the Shank
Pick natural cork, micro-/agglomerated cork insert, synthetic cork wooden top (TPE/PU/PE coated), PU coated cork insert, or PE coated cork shank.
Choose short shank cork for easy opening or long shank cork for higher integrity. We engineer wood & cork combo stoppers and
cork and wood hybrid stoppers with cork permeability control to match your spirit’s aging profile.
